Shipping Information:

Returns Policy:

  • Buyers can return item(s) for a refund within 7 days from the day the item(s) were received.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition as when it was delivered.

Conditions for Returns:

  2. Returns for Items Not as Described or Quality Issues:

    • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be refunded if the item is deemed to have issues.
    • The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition as when it was delivered.
    • Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm the issues, we will process the refund, including the return shipping cost.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days from the day the item(s) were received to initiate the return process. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back to the provided return address. Ensure that the item(s) are returned in the same exact condition as when it was delivered.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund within [number of days] to the original payment method used for the purchase.
